How fast is overnight, really?

Most short-form cuts land within 12–24 hours of your brief, thanks to the Southeast Asia timezone gap. Larger projects get an agreed deadline up front.

How do payments work?

You pay into escrow at one transparent price — set by your project's scope — when you brief. Your editor is paid on delivery, after you approve. No credits, no in-app unlocks.

Who owns the footage and the final cut?

You do. Editors work under terms that assign all rights to you on delivery, and your files stay in your secure project — not a stranger's inbox.

What if I'm not happy with the cut?

Two rounds of revisions are included, and funds stay in escrow until you approve. If there's a dispute, our resolution process steps in — the layer Discord and Facebook groups don't have.

Can I keep working with the same editor?

Yes — once you find an editor you click with, request them again, or put recurring work on a retainer.
